A Cannabis Culture Media Platform from Thailand

"OG Times (Organic Gangsta Times)" is a cannabis culture media platform dedicated to helping people understand and use medical cannabis safely — while working to rebuild cannabis as a genuine culture. Kei, a cannabis bonsai cultivator based in Thailand where medical cannabis is legal, breaks down the basics of medical cannabis and important precautions in a clear, accessible way grounded in the latest research. Because the creator is directly involved in the cannabis business, cannabis bonsai, and craft product work on the ground in Thailand, the platform also shares ongoing, real-world insights into local regulatory changes and the actual state of the industry. Drawing from personal experience navigating mental health challenges — and discovering how cannabis helped organize thoughts and emotions — OG Times also publishes articles on mental health and ways of living. Rather than promoting mere consumption, the platform aims to present cannabis as culture: calmly, practically, and realistically.

Redefining Value — Changing the Way People See Things

Under the theme of "redefining value," Organic Gangsta runs a range of projects. Cannabis Bonsai — created by combining driftwood, antique Japanese ceramics, and living annabis plants — challenges the fixed image of "cannabis = dangerous." The bamboo smoking tool "Aroi Mark" aims to revive the bamboo pipe culture that flourished in the 1970s. And "Shogun no Okuri-mono" sources handmade pieces — once on the verge of being discarded — from Thailand's Japanese vintage markets.Every project shares the same thread: redefining what has been overlooked, forgotten, or written off.

Cannabis Bonsai Gallery

In 2026, we opened a Cannabis Bonsai Gallery on the second floor of a dispensary in the Ekkamai area of Bangkok — a neighborhood where many Japanese residents live. The gallery also carries limited-edition items from Pocket Organic Gangsta. If you're visiting Thailand, we'd love to have you stop by.
